The waiting is the hardest part.

So we're in the new house, and we're doing some home improvement. We're waiting for a lot of stuff.

Our new dining room table was supposed to come this week. We got a call saying it will be another 2-3 weeks.

We have "pre-ordered" carpeting and a couch for the basement. We were waiting to officially order these things until we replaced our moulding and baseboards. We finished that this weekend, so I need to acutally order the carpeting and couch. I'm sure I'll be waiting for this.

The most frustrating wait has been for the tree people. We're having a tree and a few bushes removed, as well as several trees trimmed. Its going to make the yard look drastically different. We were told that it would be a 4 week wait. Then, they called saying we were scheduled for Monday, 9/27. Monday came and went...no tree people.

I am just waiting for the day to be over to see if they worked on our trees. I hope they come.
